cannot connect to instance??

anyone else getting a cannot connect to instance error? it happens almost everytime i waypoint to another area. please help!

" Who is your ISP and what PoE gateway are you connecting to. And are you sure you don't have some security software / firewall on your PC or ISP router/modem that is blocking the trafic. Try using a VPN solution to see if that solves the problem ? |

ISP is skycable, gateway = singapore.
i didn't change any settings. it started last week. i also noticed that if you spend a lot of time in an area (well duh, lol), and click on the waypoint to go back to town, or enter a new area, i get the failed to connect to instance error. |
