Multiple consistent unexpected disconnection issues

This has been happening ever since the last 2 updates. Servers have become much more unstable, ping rapidly rising up to 20k then suddenly disconnects. Shrugged it of a LOT of times, even when a run goes awry because of getting constantly disconnected. This is the last straw. Had 100-300 ping inside the hideout, every time i enter it continues to rise (1k-2k-3k-4k-5k) then i get disconnected. Logged back in as many times as there are still portals on my map device. Always gets disconnected. I understand there are really server issues etc but a lot of resources and time are getting wasted due to this. What can I do? Thank you for the response
