Skin of the Lords Ghost Reaver text is wrong

The Ghost Reaver keystone explanation is inconsistent with the passive tree description.

From my defensive stats in the character sheet, it seems that the effect described by passive tree node is what is actually given.


Skin of the Lords claims you have 50% less energy recharge rate while the passive tree claims that energy shield cannot recharge.
