Anomalous Earthbreaker Support doesnt give the alt quality effect described

Anomalous Earthbreaker states :

At 20 Quality : 20% increased effect of buffs your Ancestor totems grant while active

After testing on my consecrated path totem character, the attackspeed granted by my Ancestral protector totem doesnt increase at all.

With the normal Earthbreaker and with the Anomalous version im at 3.53 APS

The wording is identical to the "Panopticon", which changes my APS from 3.14 to
3.53 APS.
