Red / White flicker when go over enemys or characters, Generals cry black character

Can you plz fix this bugs ? its happen now over so many leagues and its not fixed and this times its so so worse, over every enemy or npc or player i hover with my mouse they glowing complete red(monster) green (players) or white (Npc), even so the items in hideout or chest glowing white for a milisecond.

And generals cry i dont know how long this is buged but instead of doing every few days new mtx how about fixing this bugs ????????????????????? And dont tell me that glowing red green and white is coming from my pc....every streamer has this but it seems like noone cares. If this not getting fixed this really is the last league for me, its so irritating during gameplay i hate it so much.
Whats the best part even on your promote video for poe 2 you had this glowing in your youtube video....
Next bug entering a new area and using a skill for the first time, the skill has no mtx or spell animation, in the screenshot you see it with the archer....feel like i play a poe beta with this hundreds of bugs.

And just to be clear, the pictures with the glowing red enemys is out of the poe 2 youtube video, im to lazy to make a video ingame because its exactly the same and thats just such a joke.

But i bet you just dont care like the last post i did 3 months ago with the same bugs.

To be honest GGG what are these bugs, this a screenshot from a streamer.
Are you gonna fix those bugs or what ? So many mtx coming one after the other but why you dont fix things like that ?
