Lag on certain parts of some maps and its random as hell. Pretty sure its a bug

Okay first of all what happens is I will open a map en do it all fine and get to a certain area as soon as I step into that area my ping will shoot up to 2000+3000ms

So then you might think it might be something to do with mobs? well no I had a friend clear the map for me with zero monsters remaining and it still happens.

I have ran a ping test and winmtr while I am lagging on that part of the map but my ping is fine to the server. London= under 200ms or my local server 70ms



I have reinstalled poe I have used a vpn nothing changes.Dx &vulkan same issue. Newts drivers, older drivers same issue


I can run that same layout map and it would be fine and then next map same problem.

same here. it's actually infuriating. game plays itself, 5k+ ping in certain areas. happens in random maps

I am going to do some testing tonight and make some more videos

Bumping this post up a bit as it's happening with me as well and appears to be completely random.

Open map = horrible lag spikes.

This bad map spawns zana. Open new zana map in the bad map.

The zana map is smooth as butter. No lag.
