Stash tab order reset

I am relatively new to path of exile I started a character last league. Now my new character stash tabs keep resting to an order I don’t want anytime I leave my stash. I read some info about updating the stash order of the standard league character to update the order for the new league character but the stash tab order for my standard league character also keeps resetting. How do I keep the stash tab order from restarting to an undesirable order every time I visit my stash in either standard or Scourge league. I play on console, PS4.

I have already contacted your staff, they say that a refund is not possible because the microtransactions are worn
But they are provided in such a condition, and can not be spoiled or unpacked, the coins are not used up, and I ask for a return in an hour from the date of purchase
