Region names disappear from atlas when removing watchstone from lone citadel

When starting to map, I noticed that if you only have one citadel with a watchstone in it, if you remove the watchstone, the labels for the other regions without a citadel disappear. Replacing the watchstone in the citadel does not fix the problem. You need to exit to character selection screen and relog.
