[3.16] Ravenous Bloodshaper Occultist Summoner

This build is based on "Ravenous Bloodshaper" from scourge as spectre which does an HP drain and an Exposition with a long cool down
Currently I could not find a way to speed up that particular animation Trying with "Less Duration" seems to be working like a storm call In case two explosion happens from two different minion then it does stacks  Skill Tree Level 66 --------------------
