Crafting Recipe missing in 3.16

Anyone else missing the crafting option of adding 16-18% quality to their armour or weapons?

Seems to be missing from my crafting bench options.

missing in mine as well. might have been removed but not really sure. you never REALLY know what changes GGG makes as they don't put everything into the patch notes sadly.

i feel that the sheer amount of real money they make from players should warrant every change to be listed for every patch, period. but... in the end, GGG have shown that they don't really care
poe is going down fast. Diablo 4 and Baldur's Gate 3 have no performance issues. play them instead
Those have been removed and dont exist anymore.

Yes I concur that GGG seems not to care to put out proper patch notes. Either that or they feel with that crafting option items might become too powerful in Scourge league.

But what happens to those playing in Standard league? Looks like the power creep will continue and average players will remain average.

Actually, this was referenced TWICE leading up to 3.16 launch.

and then again in the Content Update for 3.16.0 under the section "Core Character Defences and Recovery".

The Veiled crafted modifier that provided Quality and Strength/Dexterity/Intelligence, no longer provides Quality. This is to keep the top end at about the same while bringing lower investment Energy Shield up. Instead, it now grants up to 25% chance to Avoid Ignite, Freeze, or Shock, depending on the Attribute, also providing another way to allow characters to solve their Ailment problems. This can no longer be crafted on Weapons.

Damn I missed this :( . My bad. Thought I had read the patch notes. Also watched streamers but I think no one mentioned. Or maybe I watched the wrong ones
