Templar reduced cursed effect isn't working.

I and my friends tested in game, with Kikazaru ( 60% reduced )
the wheel to get to Asylum ( 30% ) and the mastery which does 20%
for a final number above 100%. But still get affected by curses whilst having 110% reduced curse effect on you. Is it an intended occurance or a bug

Having 100% reduced curse effect on you doesnt mean you cant be cursed, those curses should just have no effect on you. Sounds weird but it makes sense, do the curses apply any detrimental effects?

I am getting this issue as well.

Can test by self-cursing with soul mantle. Getting reduction in resistances and buffs get slowed down by temporal chains visually on buff bar.
