Many Spectres do not generate a corpse when using the desecrate skill

After being made into spectres using the summon spectre minion gem, many corpses of these spectres do not get added to the corpse pool when using desecrate. This is tedious when one of your spectres die, also limiting for niche Spectre builds using the Soul's wick jewel.
Have found two instances confirming that they do not spawn.

One is the Thunder whisperer spectre found in ACT 6, Shavronne's Tower. They cast the conductivity curse.
Second one is the Unholy Aberration spectre found in Act 9, The Rotting Core in the boss encounter There might be more spectres unable to generate corpses using desecrate, since testing all the spectrable mobs in-game would take hundreds of hours.
