Focused Ballista Support interaction with Scourge Arrow Ballista

Moving while summoning a Scourge Arrow Ballista will cause an arrow to be fired by you while the Ballista gets summoned. This is pretty minor bug that has been reported already, but it interacts with Focused Ballista Support.

Focused Ballista sees the firing of the arrow as a proc for the totem and begins channeling Scourge Arrow. This means that your totem will instantly start channeling when you place it down while moving. Other totems supported by Focused Ballista will proc as well from this.

This seems to be unintended, as the point of the support gem is to have a different source proccing it.
