where to find the medicine chest

I need help in where i need to find the medicine chest...to door way any type of pointers you guys can give without flaming me to much?

If you press U it shows you on the map where you need to go.
Its a cave on an island once you leave the town, kill the boss inside and the chest should drop. |

Yes alright so look for a cave? is it by water? Is it the boss that reins fire down on you?

The boss is in a side area of the Terraces called Tidal Island. You can see this on your map (press U). There's no cave involved.
Disregard witches, aquire currency.
