Full Atlas point respec upon after migrating from private league

I'm not 100% sure how this happened but all my atlas points are unallocated right now and I don't think that is intended since this is supposed to cost Orbs of Unmaking:

1. I started Expedition playing in a private league SC Trade private league. (https://www.pathofexile.com/private-leagues/league/Conflux+Excpedition+League) which ended on Sep. 1st.
2. I also played in the Badger private league which ended on Sep. 6th (https://www.pathofexile.com/private-leagues/league/BPL+Dark+Ages)
3. After the BPL is over I "migrate all" from the conflux league but don't play much. I do not know if my atlas was already respecced at this point.
4. Today I also used "migrate all" on my character from the BPL and I noticed that all my atlas nodes are unallocated.
