How rare is Tainted Oil on SSF and is it doable ?

Hello guys. How possible is it to get a tainted oil on SSF ? And any tips on odds improving ?

High tier blighted maps are the best way to get oils of any kind.
Run blight atlas passives so you get more of them. |

I've never actually seen one drop (though I don't run blighted maps all that often), so I'm curious as to the rough drop rate as well.
