Save my group BM Tank Marauder Build?

My main char, I've been running maps with friends, mostly ranged, acting as a tank and Enduring Cry nearby mobs, as well as using Conduit for my friends and casting Temporal Chains.

I don't know what to do with this character to make him more useful. Maybe get some damage in, or another utility to help out with running maps. I still have 14 Refund points and another 7 passive points to spend.

Does anyone have any good suggestions on what to do with this build, modifying it with the 14 + a few Regret, or maybe just cleaning it up a bit?
