Araklaai

I can't seem to get into Arakaali's Lair without crashing. This is my 4th character to go through the acts this league, but my first time crashing at any point. Any ideas? I've tried new Temple of Decay layouts, new servers and have even uninstalled and reinstalled. I'm now level 63 after trying endlessly. Anyone else having this issue?
