Can't drop contracts

I've been having green heist contracts drop because I did a single heist to raise a specific type of heist-only spectre. I have zero interest in doing any more heist content, but now these contracts are stuck in my inventory. I can't move them to the stash, can't drop them, can't trade them.

Bad game design, GGG.

go to a zone , like quarry etc, then drop them on the ground, however they will keep dropping from contract stashes

Or you could, you know, run them?

I have zero interest in running them. I play PoE for maps, not heist.
Anyway, I found out that you can drop them on the floor once you're in a map.
