Summon raging spirit against Harbingers shields crashes instance

Had to unspec Valdo's Rest harbingers nodes after 3 instance crashes (maps were lost), when trying to kill harbingers. Googled a bit there was(is) similar issue with explody chest few years ago. I think it happens when SRS explode againts Harbingers summoned shields.
I dont even want to waste the beachhead to try to do the challenge.
