Failed to connect to instance

Hi,

I'm trying to play PoE from Google Cloud via Parsec, from their Mumbai servers. I can start the game just fine, and even get to character selection screen, but when I try to play the game I get "Failed to connect to instance".

I've also tried playing PoE from AWS servers in Singapore using parsec as well, and they work fine at times, but fail at other times. So the game would work fine, in fact thats how I've played the league so far, but at other times I'll get the same error.

Could use some help with this issue.
