Rage vortex and battlemage's cry

Hey, it looks like since patch 3.15.1, rage vortex stopped triggering battlemage's cry exerted attacks. I don't know if this is a bug or intended but battlemage's cry only specify "melee attacks" and the 2 skills used to work together fine. I noticed it's the same with bladestorm.
