Minions Die Instant when using Fleshcrafter Necromancer Silks

Hello i've got the Problem. When i try to Summon Minions they actually die in the Second when they got summoned. The only minion that i can summon right now is a Spectre all other (Zombies, Skelly Mages and Stone Golem) die always.. when i unequip the Chest i can summon them but Yesterday there Was no Problem at all. please help me.

Not a bug.
They have over 50% Chaos res = insta die. Read all of the text for that armor piece carefully. But yesterday there Was no Problem and i changed Nothing... so i also cant See how mich Chaos Res they have..
