General's Cry - Celestial Warcry Effect

I was playing around with a new shield crush general's warcry build and wanted my warcry minions to have a more celestial look so they would match my overall look but when the effect is applied the minions seem to only use their auto attacks and not the attack linked. I tested a few different ways and couldn't get them to work.
