The Rogue Harbour Quest

I completed the rogue harbour initial quest and managed to accidentally deleted the artifact so now its just stuck with SEll the Artifact to Faustus with no way to restart it or get the artifact back.

the quest is only a tutorial. It should not prevent you from dropping and running heist contracts.

I know it doesn't necessarily hinder playing, but the quest being stuck like that without being able to clear it is kind of an annoyance.
