Bestiary Lures are NOT working

So i tried different Lures (fenumal, craicic,etc), different map tiers, but Lures dont spawn additional Red Beasts. It should spawn 4 beasts, but there is only 1. I ran like 20 maps to check it out and it stayed the same. Just 1 Red beast on the map, when it was 4 beasts all leagues before. Seems like completly broken.
p.s. Beastiary Scarabs are fine and works as intended. Spawns 1-2-3 additional beasts, its just Lures got wrecked this league.

Yes, there's definitely an issue with the lures. I did one in tirn's end last night and it only gave me 4 beasts to kill 3 yellow 1 red. Pre 3.15 I used to get a lot more red beasts when using a lure. Now regular Missions give me more beasts to kill than that.

I have the 4 bestiary passives in this region.

Also doesn't work for me. Don't buy those Lures, they give nothing. I think its sort of a bug.

Here I was thinking I did something wrong, no wonder no extra beasts shows up.

Yes, Lures are not working, I bought a lot and tested, they give just 1 beast, like the cheapest Scarab. Please fix this GGG, so many bug reports of this.

Also Ran these yesterday and still broken. Hopefully GGG notices this at some point

If you read the Known issues sticky, like you are supposed to, then you'd know that they are already aware of it.
