hell no thats not even close to how silverbranch was op.

take some time to think about it first.

I can one shot basically everything with whirling blades deep into act2 with it
also with any bit of mana on hit or kill or % i keep a full mana supply which lets me speed through whole areas at like 50% run speed while killing.

with cleave and master of the arena it has a comparable range to frost nova but ones shots everything.

and i have successfully used it all the way up to mid cruel difficulty.
