Chieftain: Hinekora Ascendancy / Cover in ASH / Flame Wall

If I’m not mistaking I read that flame wall is doing one hit at the moment you cast it? So it should work with Hinekora Cover enemy in ash?

Dont know where you read it, but looking at the skillgem i cant see any hit related stats or wording. It deals DOT dmg and thats it.

As noted in your other thread, Flame Wall does not hit, similar to how RF does not hit.
