Added Fire Damage against Burning Enemies

Is it just on gloves and belts now or can rings still get it?

If you mean ignited enemies, that modifier still exists on rings.

For future reference, you can quickly check things like these on poedb or Craft of Exile.

Even checking trade listings yielded rings with that mod. Since it is possible for no items to be listed even if a mod exists, and for items to be listed if a mod is no longer obtainable (even if that is extremely rare in temporary leagues), this method is not quite as reliable, but it still worked in this case.

If you meant for it to apply to burning enemies in general, then there is no such mod available on rings.
