I suggest ignoring the obvious alts that are trying to straight talk this issue. It is better if the rest of the thread shows support for my game suggestions to level the playing field for all.

Kripp and Nugi get more bonus to their loot drops and luck. Just play alongside the streamers and all the time you hear how they get exalted this, 6 link that and so on. In a race they chat about their rare and unique drops from Hillock and at least two coral rings will drop for them before mud flats.
They also always seems to find the right exit straight away, no dwelling in the dungeons. So probably they maphack too, to stay in the style of sc2 and wc3. It is clear that their skill, theorycraft and runspeed is not more than the average or below average Joe playing Path of Exile... so what else can there be, but cheats right?
If you count Kripps victory points and 1st achievements (class, clear, quest, kill) from this season, you will see that he has gotten more points than he should have, this is because he made a deal with GGG being afraid he might fall short for his No.1. spot. Beyond that he shares his account to compete in more races as he doesn't have time to really do them all.
It is all quite obviously out there for all to see and probably I am underestimating the issue. I am most certainly not exaggerating or being far fetched here.
The best solution to fight these cheats is to give us equal opportunity. If they get drops we all get an equal drop. If you are offline you only get 50% of what they have drop all in an extra removable stash tabs. If more than 3 of these tabs get filled per hour their quantity and item rarity is lowered.
If they end up in the top 20's or within 3rd best of their race class they must sit out the next race. At the end of the season the top 20 has to battle it out or lose it all. This battle will be performed in a new turn based style, with builds and character details visible to the opposing party prior to the match starting.
Edit: I forgot 1 thing, remove map fog and make entire minimap visible. Since some of these streamers are quite good at using their minimap cheats and cave vision cheats, as such the rest of the players can also turn on arrow pointing you in the right direction.

I see what you did there. And I don't know how you found out my true identity but I think GGG should be aware of your obvious hacking of user accounts to glean this information and the information on the cheats and hacks we streamers have been given from GGG. (Also, those photos of Chris in his underwear on my harddrive were just being held there for safekeeping.)
Now that I have outed YOU for your shameless hacking the rest of the thread will rally behind ME to put you in your place (and because they all want access to the photos of Chris in his underwear. Which were not mine. I'm just holding them for Chris while his computer is at the drycleaners.)
What I want to say is..nugiyen is a cool dude and skilled player in my eyes but seriously..I just cant really believe that he rolls a 6L with 10 fusings and Im not able to roll a 4L with 30 fusings..anyone else got a sign that this dude is cheating?

I dont want to blame him for anything, I just want to tell you..I know RNG in this game is insane, but..
Today I watched his stream, and he fused his Shavronnes. He got a 6L after approximately 10 Fusings and cancelled it accidentally..and then, after approximately 10 more fusings he got a 5L and finished crafting with it..
He did not get a 6L, and he only got his 5L at the end of 60 fusing, not at where you thought it was. In the chat, someone have posted a picture evidence showing the point where people thought he had 5L, but it turned out that it was 4L, and the graphics of the armor made it look like it is a link between the left 2nd and 3rd socket.
Players like Nugi and Kripp may look like they are lucky, but it's an illusion from them playing significantly more than you or me. They have wasted hundreds of orbs but you don't see them. Of course if you roll as often as these players do, you will occasionally get lucky. They also have their unlucky moments but it's not significant because they have plenty of resources to do a lot of things.
well i have watched i think etup trying to 6l his staff...i left after he wasted cca 700 fusings not even getting 5l,came back later he had it 6l and it took him 1000+ fusings
he started with like 60 gcp and 10 exalts,he blew everything on that one staff
