Replenishing Presence doesn't stack after refunding one of them

I have multiple Replenishing Presence notables in an aurastack build, and when I refund one of them, all the regen from all of the Replenishing Presence disappears.

I have ES 1022 regen with Vitality, if I remove Vitality I have ES 371 regen, all of which from Replenishing Presence, and if I refund only one of them, all of my ES regen disappears, if I allocate it again I have 62 ES regen, if I re-allocate them one-by one I get +62 each.

Re-logging, or changing instance fixes the issue.

It affects both the tooltip and actual regen in combat.
