not able to connect to POE

everytime i try to play i login and the servers list under 'ping' is showing question marks. i can get as far as my character selection page and then when i click which character i want to play i get a message saying "an unexpected disconnection error occured" what the heck can i do to fix this? i havent even been on my computer since i logged off last weekend and it was working totally fine then but now for w.e reason its being weird.. i updated the game eand even looked to see if windows was due to be updated... plz help

" Try using a VPN solution and see if that help. If it does, then either some security software in your pc, your ISP router/modem or the ISP itself is blocking the trafic. |

ill give the VPN a shot.. idk what could have changed since last weekend tho.. im fairly dumb when it comes to computers and need my hand held through most of the stuff involving them but i think i can handle a VPN. beyond that i have no idea what to do to fix this BS.. i may just reinstall and see if that fixes it.. it seems like i have a new issue everytime i come back home on the weekends..., i dont get it man..
