Can't type Korean after 3.14.1d patch

After I patched my game, I can't type Korean in the chat.

Having same issue, along with alot others in chat are complaining about not able to type Korean in the game.

Same issue
Not just Korean, any language that require IME would probably encounter this issue every now and then |
