Disconnected: failed to connect instance

Lately I've been getting very frequent streaks of 'Disconnected: Failed to connect instance'.

This keeps happening to me when I try to go to my hideout or whenever I move to another zone (map, town, etc).

I've tried switching realm (Amsterdam, Frankfurt, London). I've rebooted my router (7ms ping, no jitter Glassfibre 1 Gbps internet service). Nothing..

Could you please investigate the issue?

Also completed reinstalled the game on a different drive (incl. full install of all relative folders/paths). Didn't help.. Has to be on the instance's end.

keeps on happening to me too with a stable internet just ruins the game and curency u put into the maps same as start disconnects basicly

Same here since a few days. Some portals load instantly, others make me disconnect with the message; failed to connect to instance

Unplayable.
