This time it happend when I came back to the city by portal. It is worth to notice, that the message pop up without notification in the game. I had to go back to the desktop to see this message.

I have 2GB Ram.

How to solve this problem?

In your Path of Exile shortcut, add -gc2 after the shortcut, so it looks something like:

Target: ["C:/Program Files/Grinding Gear Games/Path of Exile/Client.exe" -gc2]

That's the best temporary fix until we're able to solve memory fragmentation!
