I cannot open ZANA's influenced map!

I cannot open the map in Zana（hunter boss,T16 Atoll map,corrupted）, it shows activation failed when I try to open it, and I have tried to relogin and fix the client, it's still the same. However, I can open normal maps on the map device.
Please help me!I cannot get sirus for whole day!    Last bumped on May 20, 2021, 1:16:01 PM

Of course I know how to open Zana's boss fight,the problem is,the map cannot be activited.

" Yes, make sure the map device is empty. Then go to Zana and select the option to "open to XX realm". Dont' try to put anything in. Just simple ask Zana to open the portal to XXX realm. If it still doesn't work, claim a new hideout and try again. This time make a VERY clear youtube video so we can see what you are doing step by step.
