Harvest: Failed to add implicit on "Rapid Expansion Crimson Jewel"

Hi there,
I found a strange bug that I verified with several people... it seems I cannot add an implicit on the "Rapid Expansion Crimson Jewel" via Harvest(tried several different jewels). Here is a link to the jewel in question: https://pathofexile.fandom.com/wiki/Rapid_Expansion Horticraft station says "No valid mods" but I can easily add an implicit on other unique jewels like "Lord of Steel" (https://pathofexile.fandom.com/wiki/Lord_of_Steel) Last bumped on May 14, 2021, 12:55:37 AM

Having the same issue as well. All of these jewels are item level one and i took this build straight from zizaran who has the same jewel from the same quest and can do the harvest craft

It just seems the item has too low item level
