Charged Mines not generating frenzy charges

Charged mines do generate Power charges, but not frenzy charges. They do not show up.
Is this just a visual/UI bug or does it really not work? Last bumped on May 5, 2021, 1:00:09 AM

Yeah, I was trying to find out if I have a passive which could cause this, but I wasn't looking hard enough. Thank you!
