guild stash lag

Hi,
I bought a guild stash tab because it seemed cool for the guild but in fact it's horrible,
the stash is super laggy and does not allow ctrl-click
is it possible to fix it or to refund me ?
Because that's just disgusting to use, really

The guild stash uses a different system to the regular tabs.
It is open to multiple people at once so the lag on it is normal as it updates to everyone able to use it at the same time.
I see this type of lag usually when two or more people are using it at the same time.
This is also why ctrl click doesn't work as it would open an avenue for cheating by coordinating people to quick remove stuff at the same time.
It is not for dumping stuff, it is for sharing things.

So it cannot be fixed as there is nothing wrong with it.
Whether or not you can be refunded, i have no idea.
