Bug with healing potion not reaching maximum Life after recieving damage from Gluttony Belt

Situation:

my max Life pool is 2488 / 2488
i have no life regeneration because of vaal pact

With Gluttony Belt on I use "Dash" once and my current life is reduced to: 2349/2488
139 phys dmg correctly dealt as it is written in the Belts modifiers

Bug:

When i use a life potion i am only healed to max 2473/2488.
When i click the life potion again its not used as if my life was full.


Meta Information:

When I unequip Gluttony Belt and Equip it again its fixed.

When I recieve damage from Gluttony Belt and use other healing sources like life leech or feast of flesh the correct maximum life is reached.

When Vaal Pact is not skilled, the life regeneration is reaching the correct maximum life. Wether a life flask is used or not.

As soon as i have a bugged maximum cap from the above situation, no healing will bring it to the correct limit before i have taken damage from another source. (Tested with life leech and feast of flesh) As soon as i recieved damage from another source everything is working again.


I know its not a massive impact in my situation but i wanted to point it out and avoid possible other more severe bugs related to it.
