Killed Kaom in Caldera of the King

Can't refarm the area, item dropped after killing Kaom... item dropped in portal area back to Kaom Stronghold.. you literally can't click on the item to collect it to finish the quest... if you try to cliuck on it you just get portalled back Kaom Stronghold.
Can't refarm and can't move forward. |

Some things that might help you:
You can use the right stick to move the item selection. This may allow you to put the cursor on an item that is in/under a portal. If it doesn't, try moving your character a small amount. If an instance (game area) becomes bricked somehow, you an make a new one by using a different button to click on the waypoint or doorway to that area. On PS4 it's Triangle. I don't know what button it is on XBox, but it should say "new instance" on the bottom of the Waypoint screen and show you what button you need. |
