Extra Zombies Bug

Hi, I've noticed a bug in zombies skill. When I level up the skill it creates new zombies but dont kill the others.
My skill is lvl 6 I can create up to 3 zombies, but when I leveled up to 7 I created 3 extra zombies, so I had 6 zombies. I think that is not suppose to happen. After a map change or all of them die I create only 3 again. SS:
