Is the "Persistence" annointment good??

I realize it's more suited for trash mobs than for bosses. Which is fine. But is it good for that? Or is it meh?

Would I rather just get Tranquility and get me some damage? (Does Tranquility include bonus ES from your intel??)

Tranquility does count your Int, yes.

Its an excellent anoint. Persistence looks rather bad tbh. Not used it ever myself, but I can't imagine many situations where it is useful. Tranquility, on the other hand, is quite likely a sizable dps boost for you.

I'm playing Ele Overload, which means that my inc dmg mod is already pretty high since I didn't need to gear for crit. Although, it would still be like +100% or more inc dmg, so yeah.

(In fact, maybe I could regear into some crit. I'll have to see if that's a smooth transition.)
