Lag on features still going on.

I feel urge to remember to the fact that I still can't have a fair fight when some random features appear or I activate then. And again, I don't have a cutting edge computer but an i7-7700HQ (senven gen) and Geforce 1050 TI (4GB) should be able to handle the game at minimum configuration, easily.

So, meanwhile people complain if harvest, harbinger and other are fair or not, I just want to fight then without a drop from 100 fps to 1 fps. The cases where it happens most are:

Conqueror appears.
Syndicate members appear.
Legion activation.
Harvest activation.
Harbingers encounters.
Delirium.

I'm not saying ritual causes it too because I just played it for 2 days and quit this league due to this kind of problem. So in standard I even avoid to play with HH to get a smother game-play but it did not solve the problem, just make it a little bit more handling and boring.

So, is anything being doing to solve this? Does anyone else have those problems?

It is quite frustrating to play having to avoid half of the features that the game has to offer.
