Wrong info text

I was doin the "Ritual encounter V" and when I vessel the ritual from the cells map for the boss, the item got a different boss name, i though that i have to do it again for the right one but didn't try again, and today, when i was mapping for the Pantheon, i notice that the boss name i want is on a different map.
