Kicked for performing too many actions

Hi, i started playing in 2019 around april, after that took a break until now, the setup i am using is the same as back then, but i am experiencing an error (since the very start, im still on act 1) that is kicking me 4-5 times each map, the error is the following "You have been kicked for performing too many actions too fast".
The problem started with freezing pulse but i changed abilities many times after that and the result is the same, any way to solve this?
