• If you're playing on a wired or wireless connection
• Whether you are playing on a private network, or whether other people have access to the network as well (for example, a university dorm, or a work connection)
• If you have any programs running in the background that may be affecting your connection (such as YouTube, Twitch or any torrent software)
• Which server gateway you play on by default, as well as whether this issue persists when playing on other gateways

Once you've done so we may be able to look into your query further with you :)
