Unable to Patch

Hey,

just tried patching the game and I'm getting stuck at 26.52%, 1.30/4.90 MB. Had the patcher open for an hour now but nothing happens. Any way to fix this without a full reinstall?

edit: error window just popped up: "Error: Timeout was reached during downloading. http://patchcdn.pathofexle.com/3.12.5.1/Bundles2/Data/German.dat_1.bundle.bin"
