Hi! My standard region is Londo and when Im on my ho and mapping its switched to texas. In the storyline, it remains London. Could help me, please?

sadly not.

When a local PoE gateway is almost at 100%, then it will start to make new instances on other PoE gateway around the world. This is per game design of GGG.

However if you are in a party, then party leader controlls the instance location.
