aura mana reservation alternate gem quality bugged

Divergent wrath gives -2%mana reserved in 20quality. And it is part of the aura, so it should be scale with aura effect right? I have about 310% aura effect, so it should give me -6% mana reserved in total, but the fact that it doesnt. My normal anger need 18% mana reserve, but my Divergent wrath need 17%, which is, indeed, too much. Is there a bug or what ?

E: after getting sleep and reviewing my post, it is a reduced multiplier and would not be affected by aura effect, in my sleepiness I noted it was a less multiplier and it just happened 6% of 18 was 1.XX and the math added up.
